I was planning to check out the gym, but the parking situation made the whole thing frustrating before I even got inside. I drove around for ages trying to find a spot and ended up feeling stressed instead of ready to work out. Maybe the gym itself is fine, but something feels off when getting there by car is that much of a hassle. Not really worth it for me.
"Hours are sorta frustrating"
I stopped by after work and it was closed again, which was annoying. The opening hours just sorta don’t line up with a normal schedule, at least for me. It’s frustrating enough that I probably won’t bother trying next time.

"Staff didn’t make me feel welcome"
The staff weren’t very friendly during my visits. Most of the time I felt like I was more of an inconvenience than a guest, which really left a bad impression.

I reached out to support and I’m still waiting for a reply. It’s been frustrating not knowing when or if I’ll hear back. Has anyone else had the same issue?

I cancelled my fitseveneleven.de membership around last week, and it went better than I expected. I was kind of prepared for it to be annoying, but it was mostly straightforward.
The instructions were clear enough, although I did spend maybe a few minutes clicking around before I found the right page. After I submitted everything, the confirmation email came through after a little while, so that was reassuring.
I’d give it about 4 stars because the process could be a bit quicker and easier to spot from the start. But overall, it wasn’t a big hassle and I didn’t run into any major problems.

"Can never get on the machines I need"
I usually stop by after work and it feels like every single time the machines I want are already taken or something I need just isn’t available, and then I’m standing around waiting for basic equipment when I just want to get my workout done and go home, so it got annoying quick and it’s just not worth it for me...

"Sauna area wasn’t really it"
The sauna area was kind of a letdown for me. It was often crowded, and it didn’t feel that clean either. The relax room had a lot of noise going on, so it didn’t really have that calm wellness vibe I was hoping for. Just wasn’t quite the experience I expected...

"Cleanliness has been slipping"
The gym itself is okay overall, but the last few times I went, the showers and floors were dirty. Yikes. It’s not a dealbreaker for me yet, but I really hope they get back on top of the cleaning soon.

"Good app, just a few minor annoyances"
I mostly use the fitseveneleven app to check my contract details and gym info, and for that it does the job well. The layout is clear, nothing feels overly complicated, and you can usually find what you need without having to think too hard about it.
Every now and then it loads a bit slowly or randomly asks me to log in again, which is annoying, but not the end of the world. Common sense would say there’s still a little room to smooth things out, but overall it’s a decent app and useful enough.

"Decent gym, but the crowds and verification get old"
Overall, the gym is good and has most of the equipment I need. The biggest issue is how packed it gets, especially after work. Sometimes it feels like I spend more time waiting for machines than actually working out. Mornings are usually a little better, but even then it can still be hit or miss. Also, the repeated verification stuff is annoying, having to keep proving/checking in like that gets old fast when I’m just trying to get a workout in. For the price, it’s not bad, but I really wish they handled the busy hours better.

"Equipment is decent overall"
The equipment is okay overall. A few of the machines do feel a little worn, but they still get the job done and I was able to finish my workout without any real issues

"Better Than I Expected, Though It Gets Busy"
I wasn’t totally sure what to expect from the group classes, but they’ve actually been really good. The trainers keep the pace up and still take the time to correct your form when you need it, which I appreciate. The room can get a little crowded sometimes, but overall I enjoy going and feel like I’m making real progress

"The pricing felt a bit shady to me"
I was actually thinking about joining FitSevenEleven, but the membership prices kind of stopped me. At first it seemed like a decent deal, but then I started noticing the extra fees and little conditions, and suddenly it didn’t feel so cheap anymore. I’m always suspicious when the actual monthly cost isn’t obvious right away. For what looks like a standard gym, it just felt overpriced to me. I decided not to sign up

"Personal training didn’t really feel worth it to me"
I signed up for personal training at fitseveneleven because I’d been trying to get back into a routine after work, and I expected it to feel a lot more tailored. The trainer was nice and easy to talk to, but the sessions kind of felt like we were just picking exercises as we went instead of following a plan based on my goals.
A couple times I had to remind them about old injuries I’d already mentioned, which got frustrating, especially since that was part of why I wanted a trainer in the first place. It wasn’t a horrible experience or anything, and the gym itself is fine, but for the price I was hoping for more attention, structure, and consistency. For me, the personal training just wasn’t worth it.

I regret not checking the access details more carefully before going. Getting into the studio was such a hassle, and the instructions were really unclear. It made the whole experience more stressful than it needed to be

They got my issue fixed and everything is working well now. It did take a bit longer than I expected, but overall I’m happy with the help and appreciate the solid repair work.

"The contract was way too unclear"
I signed up thinking everything was straightforward, but later realized I didn’t actually understand key parts of the contract. It was frustrating because the communication wasn’t clear upfront, and I really wish they had explained the details better before I agreed to anything.

"Nice layout, but the locker area gets annoying"
Overall, the design is good and easy enough to get around, but the locker area feels a little cramped. I just wish there was a bit more space because it gets frustrating fast when people are trying to move around.

"Locker room could use some attention"
The gym itself is alright, but the locker room is kind of hit or miss. Some of the lockers works fine, but a few feel old, sticky, or like they need fixing. The showers was clean enough some days, but not always. It’s not a terrible setup, just feels like it needs a bit more care and checking, especially when it gets busy.

The equipment is nice and everything, but it just feels kind of cold and a little showy in there. The music is way too loud for me, and people don’t always give you much space. It’s probably fine for some, but it’s not really my kind of place.
